Jordanna + Paul: The Sneak Peek

I didn't think anything could match the heat and humidity of Sri Lanka, but Maine decided to give it a try on Jordanna and Paul's wedding day. But here's the thing: nothing was going to melt their buoyant mood: not the sticky air, not the glaring sun, not even the threat of thunderstorms. 

I'll tell you all about their beautiful day in the full-length wedding blog, but I'll leave it at this: I was thrilled to be part of it. Some couples you leave wishing they would get married every year, and Jordanna and Paul were one of those couples. Every detail was so lovingly planned, they were so chilled and relaxed, and their family and friends were so much fun that I seriously wish we could do it all again next year. I don't think that's an option (unless it is, in which case, I'm totally down for that, J & P!), so you'll have to settle for enjoying their sneak peek instead.

The Details:

• The Venue and Coordinator: Coolidge Family Farm, Misty Coolidge (and I HAVE to say Misty is AMAZING--she is the owner, coordinator, officiant, and notary, and she pulls off all of that while never breaking a sweat or losing her cool, even on the hottest of hot summer days. She's also the owner of the thriving Maine Mixology. I want to be her when I grow up!)

• The Caterer: Harvest Moon Catering (lots of wood-fired yumminess!)

• The Cake: Holly Simard (doing double duty as Jordanna's awesome mom!)

• The Flowers: Jordanna's friend and landlord who used wildflowers from their neighbor's garden

• The Dress: BHLDN by Anthropologie, Adrianna Papell
